mboston1 Posted September 1, 2006 Posted September 1, 2006 A girl I was seeing this summer wanted some space. It was great when we were together and then we had a weekend which upset her. ( I won't get into it, didn't think it was a dealbreaker) She said she needed a break. Fine, I didn't contact her. She called me 2 weeks ago to say hello. (Did I mention, I'm crazy about her but I'm not going to beg or chase her,NC). At the time I couldn't talk but told her I would call her back. I did call her back later but she didn't answer, left a vm saying how great it was to hear from her and how much I missed her. She never called back. Here is why I'm perplexed. We both have dogs, we both walk them in the same park,usually at the same times. I've seen her once or twice and said hello, she waved and then walked away. (OK, I'm thinking she doesn't want anything to do with me, I accept it) Two days ago, I'm walking out of the park she' walking in. I say hi (I'm trying to hide how uncomfortable I am, but also being polite) She asks me to take a walk with her around the park. We small talk. I sense we're both uncomfortable. I walk her to her apt. and again state it was nice chatting with her. Yesterday, I see her, talk briefy share a story and then she get a cell call and walks away. Today I see her in the park, she totally ignores me and turns away with her dog and leaves. What's going on? Why did she call me and why ask to go for a walk and then ignore me again. Is she playing games, is she waiting for me to make a move? Or am I really dunce and she wants absolutely nothing to do with me. A female friend told me she likes me but doesn't know how to approach me. I disagree I think she wants me off her radar. Any Advice will help, thanks
