I just hope you weren't dumb enough to actually give this OW your address???? LMFAO!!! That's what you get for giving to much of yourself out. If she doesn't have an address, then change phone numbers etc. Asking to become friends with your wife is beyond bizarre and ludicrous. She obviously wants your wife to find out about the affair or become a bigger part of both of your lives so she can see you more often. Either way, it's a mess. If you give her one cent, the demands will never end. Best off to keep your money to yourself and move out of town if need be. Maybe you should lie and tell her you are already getting a divorce, but still prefer to not date right now. That way if she thinks your wife already knows about the affair, she won't be able to blackmail you. But if it's a small town and she knows both of you, well then I don't know what you should do.
