Guest Posted August 22, 2006 Posted August 22, 2006 I'm soo confused and upset its unbelievable. Somebody please give me some advice! Theres this girl I've known for a while, as soon as I saw her I was besotted with her. I usually see her 2-3 times a week, we say hi and stuff but rarely have long conversations. Maybe its the fact I'm shy and don't know what to say. The thing is shes a very shy girl too, she hardly ever talks to other guys. She's avoided me from the start and doesn't say anything to me unless she has to. At first I thought she doesn't like me and doesn't give a toss. But I've noticed her staring at me numerous times when she shouldn't be. Once she was in the back seat of the car next to my car, I was about to reverse out, turned my head, and she was staring at me from the other car. Another time my mate was chatting and I was looking at him, I turned round and again she was staring at me. Soon as I catch her looking at me she looks away right away. I don't know what to make of it. I know she avoids me but I also catch her looking at me. I also know her sister thinks highly of me and has even said I'm good looking. I wish I could ask her straight up, but I'm indian and dating isnt allowed in my community. So theres no way i can just ask her. She always smiles when I talk to her and laughs at my jokes. Not being with her is eating me from the inside, it just hurts soo much.
newbby Posted August 22, 2006 Posted August 22, 2006 if you are not allowed to date, what are you planning on doing? i mean does it matter if she likes you or not if you are not allowed to date her? it seems to me this would just be tormenting yourself if you discovered she does like you.
