DeeBrod83
IMO tan lines on a woman is not so hot, but when a guy's wearing no shirt and his pants fall below his tan line and you get that hint of a white butt and you see that sexy "v" in the front... hot damn!!
RecordProducer
Or the lorry driver one arm tan.... Hahah! I am imagining the driver with his right hand (in the UK and Australia, left hand everywhere else in the world) out of the window, tapping his favorite song on the door then suddenly stopping cuz he saw LittleKitty walking down the street... he starts humming 'pretty woman'... LittleKitty turns around and smiles, then stumbles but doesn't fall... she knows how to walk on those heels... Doesn't lorry driver sound better than a truck driver?
Author dominsane
I actually expected that more people--or men would like bikini tan lines, because they might imagine that a girl would have to be practically naked to get them ..
RecordProducer
I actually expected that more people--or men would like bikini tan lines, because they might imagine that a girl would have to be practically naked to get them .. Yeah the sexy thing about it comes from the thought that something that was covered is exposed now. But men are spoiled nowadays; women walk practically naked in the street with their boobs sticking out, naked shoulders and back, exposed underwear, tight clothes, not to mention the porn that's everywhere... so their eyes are not hungry for flesh. I personally prefer no tan lines on my body - looks more neat and natural to me. But what matters is that you feel sexy in your own skin and enjoy the males' glances But most of all, you have to stop wondering "What's wrong with me that people are staring at me? Hm... nothing is wrong, no stains or holes on my shirt so it must be the tan lines." No, it's not the tan lines, it's your sex appeal radiating through your body that captivates them. I've noticed that I find women who feel comfortable in their skin sexy and beautiful, while a modest girl completely non-aware of her tight body can look average among others. It's how you feel yourself - how people will perceive you. Try walking in the street with full self-confidence, graciously and sexy, dressed as you like it... you'll see that people will notice you and admire you.

lovestruck234
I don't like them on myself, but only because I hate tan lines showing when I've got a different shape top on. I tan super quickly due to my olive skin. Five minutes and I've got a line which for some reason I can not then get rid of for the rest of the year!! Oh, the feeling's mutual littlekitty! Pink Amulet
I don't think about it really. My mother spent a fortune on a tanning bed a couple of years ago. I used it a few times. Then she decided it was too dangerous and the cancer warnings increased... so she sold it. Now we just fake it. If I fake it, I fake it all over. I only imagine tan lines coming from burnt shoulders etc. Women in Australia don't burn in swimsuits. It's my understanding that you would have to be completely insane to not apply 30+ every five minutes on the beach or at a pool under the Australian sun...

It's my understanding that you would have to be completely insane to not apply 30+ every five minutes on the beach or at a pool under the Australian sun... I agree. That's why I thank my mum for packing it on me when I was a kid. I have pretty good skin thanks to it. We've always been a pretty beachy / outdoorsy family and I used to hate to have to stop playing so she could lather me up in sunblock but now I thank her for it and follow that example and spend about 10 minutes putting sunblock on before I go for a surf or what ever...waaay too risky nowdays with cancer and whatnot... My dad has olive skin so I get that let-down from him cos I don't "burn" or get red, I just go brown. I kinda wish I went red so I know if I'm burning or not!!
leopardprint
Now we just fake it. If I fake it, I fake it all over. Same here, Pink. At first, when I was a youngin' in highschool, I was disgusted at "fake" self tanners. But then I grew up, and realized what the sun REALLY does to you, and now I'm a happy user of Hawaiian Tropic's sunless tanner mosturizer. I also learned skin cancer runs in the family, so, I don't want to be there when I'm older like my grandparents and aunts are. My mom has gorgeous skin; she's 50yrs old without one wrinkle or sunspots. She hardly ever went into the sun when she was younger, and she grew up on a beach! (ok, not a BEACH beach, but Rockaway Beach, NY ). Personally, I don't like tan lines on myself, or my S.O., but I don't really mind too much either. Now with the sunless tanner, I have an amazing natural glow ALL over my body without any lines. However, the majority of my male friends LOVE tan lines; they say it's like a blinking, neon arrow pointing to the hidden goods.
