Now seriously, I've always believed that strippers will sooner or later be forced to prostitute themselves and the strip-club owners are not quite the respectable citizens, but rather the worst scum-bags involved in drugs, prostitution, and other criminal deeds. If I were you, I would stop immediately, move, and not tell anyone anything. If you feel horrible then this "job" is not for you and it will only get worse. They still treat you with false respect that might soon turn into white slavery. Find a job in a local grocery store or gas station or both if you're in such a need of money. In the long run it will be better for you to sleep in the street temporarily than humiliate your whole being for money. This will leave scars on you psyche forever. You will never be the same. You will never respect yourself fully. You will see yourself as a 'stripper' - the same way as you have viewed other strippers so far.You will be ashamed to tell anyone what you do for a living. You will start dating the lowest class of men and you will feel that you deserve no better. Strippers are the bottom of the society, because they work for the bottom of the society. Money should not make you lose your dignity, pride, freedom, and self-respect. Isn't life challenging when you have to fight to survive? Is this all you can do? Make yourself miserable? Get out while you still can. You will not starve to death. Do you have children?
