SwayLady Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 That there was 'never a dull moment' when she was around, what's does he mean, what is he trying to tell her? I'd like to hear a male opinion on this, thanks.
superconductor Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 You're reading way too much into this. It's just an offhand comment designed to elicit a smile.

norajane Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 I'd say it as a compliment. It means you're not boring, you're fun to be with. Nothing more, nothing less... ...or a drama queen...
Outcast Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 Or exhausting. Some men don't like their peace disturbed. Don't want to be 'challenged'. And will be displeased that there are no dull moments
Author SwayLady Posted August 19, 2006 Author Posted August 19, 2006 Thanks all Outcast, I doubt that he was displeased that there were no 'dull' moments. Despite the drama, etc, he always came back for more I reckon he thrived on it myself. I like to think it was a compliment, but I was unsure how to take it. I was trying to read into it further, as in, is he saying his life is dull and boring without me around, or is he glad to be shot of me But then if he was glad to be rid of me, doubt he'd have gone to the trouble of seeking me out. I didn't go looking for him after all.
