hi-liter Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 met a great guy about a month and a half ago, in the month and a half i have seen him countless times, maybe about 30 times. he came on really strong and we were seeing each other for about three four times a week. a month went by with constant emails and text messages and phone calls. then the last two weeks was kind of off..he hardly calls, though he emailed and text everyday still. the first week of him being off..was because he had a really big event at work though i saw him that weekend for a whole weekend, the second week it was off was because he had to leave out of town for two weeks on business and so therefore i only saw him the day before he left. a couple of nights ago, i sign onto IM and saw him online, so naturally i had to say hi..and there comes this response "hi, sorry i'm not (insert boy's name here), i'm his friend coming to visit friends from out of the country" i was floored, because he didn't tell me a girl is going to be staying at his place for a month, without him there for the firts two weeks anyways. so i called him, and asked about the mystery girl to which he replied she's just a friend..and i kinda just dropped it. 5 minutes later he called back and said she's just a friend. again, i dropped it. i know i should have asked, but the thing is i'm not his girlfriend but then i did feel like i had the right to know. i did blurt out the should i stop seeing u line, to which he was quite taken aback and said why. i don't know if it's because it was news to him to we are seeing each other or it was news to him that i thought we should stop seeing each other. anyways my question is..is he losing interest? and what do i do?
