Guest Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 I have gone out with a guy a few times and he already seems to be pretty serious about "us". I like him, but I do not feel the same way. What should I do?

agnf666 Posted August 10, 2006 Posted August 10, 2006 Well, If you are not ready for a serious relationship then this dude is not for you. I just got out of a mess like that. My ex told me that he loved me 3 days after talking to me. He told me he wants to be in a serious relationship and wanted me to move in when the time was right. It was getting to the point that it was way too much for me. I mean a serious relationship is a good thing but he wanted it to be serious from the get go. You just can't do that. So, my advice is if you are not ready for it then don't persue that anymore.
JD88 Posted August 18, 2006 Posted August 18, 2006 Being in a similar situation, you might bring up to him that you think he's getting too serious too fast. Before dropping him, make sure that it's not all a miscommunication on his part. Not knowing the whole situation, he might not be aware of pushing this on you and maybe wants to get to know you better.
