Feeling horrible and it's about to end

Guys, i need some help,

well i know i have been posting on other parts of this forum.. but i really need some reassurance. well in earlier threads i have mentioned that i hid things from my gf because she could not handle the truth. but in the end i confessed to her about everything. it wasnt anything like i was cheating.. or flirting and having sex with other people. it was simply because people didnt like the way she has been treating me. she asked why she hasnt seen a perosn online and i told her because she has blocked her. however, yesterday, she msged my other friend and my other friend told her all these bad things about her.. and now my gf thinks i told her everything.. and i dont know. i still really love and care for this girl, i left her a msg earlier today and told her i really wanted to talk. she hasnt talked to me, but on her friendster she still has all my pictures up. she hasnt been picking up anyones phone. im worried she might do something. she said she loved me and was willing to give it a try later on.. if we dont fight.. she said.. and i don tknow.. what should i do? i cant get this off my chest. i really need suggetions. im not lying no more i even wrote a journal to keep track of what i did so she can see later on. please guys if you have any input please help me. please!!!!
