Gryphen Posted August 6, 2006 Posted August 6, 2006 I've been divorced a while. I do have someone I call girlfriend right now but her schedule and mine conflict. On top of that she has 4 kids most all the time and I have my 3 some of the time. She lives 20 miles away. A large part of me wants a female friend I can share front porch evenings with. Hang out, drink occasionally, laugh, date. I'm not necessarily after someone for sex fun. I think I enjoy my independence. It's not that I want to be free to kick someone to the street or anything. My needs are just narrow. Are my goals too far out there?
Tony T Posted August 6, 2006 Posted August 6, 2006 What you seek is not unreasonable. Break up with the lady you are sort of seeing now so as not to deceive her. Doing so shouldn't be much of a problem since you don't see much of her now anyway. Then set out for finding a lady who is looking for exactly what you seek. I think you'll have no problem.
