So, at this point I'm thinking 'Why don't you pry Cujo off my nipple for 15 minutes'

:lmao: :lmao: That's hilarious!

Would be funny now if you ended up using Cujo as a nickname for you child! :p

My theory; Men have their "big heads," their hearts, and their "little heads." The little head is easy to please, he just wants a little friction and doesn't give a hoot where it comes from. Or hearts, on the other hand, want affection, security, and acceptance.

I completely agree with you.

Most men can control the little head and it's urges. Some can't.

But I don't think our cocks care. Our hearts do, but not our cocks.

On a cerebral level, I think women really do know that. But, they don't quite connect the dots as to when the "little head" is doing the talking. It's not until she REALLY figures her man out that she understands sometimes the disgruntlement he's putting out there isn't really where he lives.

Where he lives is in the connection he feels with his mate. The "little head" might be disgruntled at the prospect of waiting for gratification. But the "big head" feels utterly rejected as a person. The emotional connection is all important to the big head.... and he tends to make that connection sexually.

Women aren't men. This is an alien mind-set for us. We do our best to understand, but even the most informed amongst us is reliant on our man to educate us. The better the education, the better the understanding.

And just as women aren't men... men aren't women. You guys need to understand our "alien mind-set" too. ;)

It's the heart that feels rejected. Even when our big heads say "buckle up, you can live without it," our hearts are hard to ignore.

Hey, I don't fully understand myself, not about to try to figure you out!:p

A man shouldn't have to "live without it". He needs the sexual connection with his mate in order to feel secure in his emotional connection with her.

The problem is... that too many women don't understand the correlation between the sexual connection and the emotional connection when the man has his heart engaged.

He's able to compartmentalize his sexuality in a way that's difficult for women to understand. He can bang a hooker and have it mean NOTHING to him, web-cam with a porn ho... nada.

But when he's committed himself to a loving relationship, he can no longer disconnect emotionally. He feels rejection if he isn't accepted by his mate sexually.

The trick to solving the lop-sided libido problem... is getting both Man and Woman to understand each other, and to prioritize the other's needs as if the were their own.

But that's what his head tells him, and what keeps many men (myself included) in a "cold" marriage for years, especially when there are children involved.

Very well said. If this board had an "I am unworthy" emoticon, I'd be putting it here.:o

confuzed from the beginning....

if the "cock" is supposed to be the center of the universe for men, is it therefore also expected to be the center of the woman's universe also??

What if at first the woman strokes the male ego by worshiping the cock, but after 5 years can't do it anymore because it turns out that its really not all that great after all?

I consider the "cock" analogies a bit of a humorous over-simplification, but...

If she's saying "it's not all that great," he's hearing "you're not all that great." A good relationship is a mutual admiration/support society. When it becomes a one-way admiration society, it's in serious trouble.

It took me like, ....forever, to understand that my H cock really has a mind of its own. I mean men a visual creatures, and its weird, but my H "little head" will resopnd to something that his "big head" won't spare two seconds thinking about.
