Got her number and had dinner next day, have a wonderful dinner and talk until 1 am. She is sooooooo stunning and i knew that so many man want to date and fall for her. I am 38, 182. I really don't know whether i should process, with my age.

Of course, we all have our own opinion. This girl is at the break-hearts stage. She may become smitten with a 38-year-old, particularly if she thinks he has money and is stable. But it won't be long before she drops you like a hot potato in favor of a younger stud. Go for it but don't get wrapped up in it. The odds are against you. Enjoy her company but don't look at it more than a temporary interlude. The odds of this being a keeper are rather nil.
