In the last 2 months, I have lost 15 pounds, gone mountain climbing (got seriously ill from heat exhaustion), mountain biking, created a gym regimine, learned to dance, travelled to New Orleans, went to a class reunion (and got complimented on the newer physique) and I have even been excepted into a community based leadership program (which I did as a challenge after the break up, didn't expect to get excepted). In the next two weeks I plan on going skydiving!!!!!!!!!... I am known for mass email updates of my life. What would happen if I included her email on my update? I figure that if she wrote, I could say it was an accident? I don't know why I have that thought, I guess it's just one of those things where you hope that they see you as new and improved. Anyone else ever have those impulses? I know... I know.. don't do it..don't do it. It was just a thought and I won't do it because in the end it isn't right.

I don't know the history but if she broke up with you why let her know how you've been doing? Do you want to get back with her? Even if you do I don't believe letting her know how great you've been lately is going to do much. If she ever comes back it will be on her own accord and it seems you've been doing really well and it's time to move on to something new and better. Yes I do get the urges to call or email, I haven't spoken to my ex in 7 months now i think, i don't even keep track anymore cause I could care less. However the funny thing about all of it is that I met a new girl and she found out, well it all unfolded right infront of her eyes one night and she was angry. Didn't know why cause we were broken up for almost a year at that point. Anyway my point is that I end up getting mass emails from her now and I think its dumb. She knows my position on her and on us, plus she's the one who broke up with me. So forget about her in your email, talk to her when she actually emails you personally or else its not worth your time.
