My STBX moved out about 8 months ago. Short story she met a guy at work and they were just "talking" for months behind my back. When I found out things went to sh*t quickly and we lived together for several months until she finally found a place to move out. My issue is I can't get passed her. She wants nothing to do with our marriage at all. Now she has a different guy and it drives me nuts. How can I stop thinking about her and obsessing about getting her back. ( side note we have been togeher for 18 years, married for 11 and 3 kids.) Please help it is tearing me apart.

Thanks,

All you can really do to stop obsessing about her, is to try your best to keep busy with hobbies, work, etc. Keep people around you that can help support you and cheer you up. Immerse yourself in things that make you happy, maybe some things you've not done for yourself due to your marriage. Try to be happy with you. It's going to be hard. You're going to have days where you feel like you've been run over, but you'll eventually feel better with each day.

Good luck to you,

Jennifer
