My friend and I would constanatly talk about how much we wanted to get married (to men , of course) but nothing never seemed to happen. Well, I got a man but she stopped calling. At first I thought it was because I had a man but I am starting to think it is because she is 10 years older and I am more successful. I have a house, my masters, a fiancee and a new car. She has...... I feel like if we were true friends to each other then we should have talked it out; however, she told me she wanted nothing to do with me because I have my own life now. What is the matter with her?? PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!!!!

This is unfortunate, but she does not appear able to be a 'true' friend to you. It seems this friendship was based on convenience, rather than anything more solid. It was based on 'misery loves company' I'm sorry to tell you I don't think you can do anything about it. Move on and enjoy your life. You will eventually find a true friend, who can celebrate your accomplishments with you....rather than turn her back on you.
