You've been going out with this girl for over 3 years, and she basically goes on a date with some other guy...invites him over to her place. I'd consider that cheating. And if my partner ever cheated on me, you can bet I'd end my relationship immediately. If she'd rather spend time with some other guy than with you, why is she even going out with you??? And if she was happy in this relationship, she wouldn't be spending time with other guys in that way. You'll be much better off without this chick.
