longlegzs80 Posted June 29, 2006 Posted June 29, 2006 I was going to post this sooner, but got alittle busy. A friend I used to work with invited me to go out with her and acouple other girls I worked with to watch a local band that the one friend knew for some time. When I first met him several months ago, he told my friend Sabrina I was cute. At the end of that night he gave me a very huge hug and told me he will teach me how to dance sometime since I don't have any rythem at all. So on Saturday we went out to see this band again. He recongized me and was told by my friend Sabrina before the show that I was comming. He apparently was excited to see me because he gave me a kiss on the cheek twice, two different times during the night, gave me a hug twice, and complimented me twice on how really good I looked. I haven't had a compliment like that in so long it made me feel really good that someone thought I looked really good. Anyways, I like to meet up with him one on one if he sounds like he is interested in me. I could contact him on his website, and I was thinking about complimenting him on his performace the other night, and ask him about his tee shirts as to where he gets them printed because I am looking to get tee shirts printed for my business. Anyways, would it be kinda odd to ask him out over the net? Him and the band have acouple local places/events they are playing at and if I go and he notices, maybe that might show him I am interested. What do you think??????
Author longlegzs80 Posted June 30, 2006 Author Posted June 30, 2006 So, you think he is interested. This last time was only the 2nd time I met him. Maybe I have to go to afew of his shows before I make a move, I will be going to one event on July 8 which his band will be playing at. Hopefully he will see me there if he is interested. So what do you guys think, should I make acouple nights out with the girls at the bars he is playing at? This could show him I am interested. Talk to me gang.
Bullgator Posted June 30, 2006 Posted June 30, 2006 Sounds like he *is* interested. But it might be wise to take it slow and be careful. What's *his* history? Is he just acting this way toward you, or are there other girls at other gigs like you? I've played in bands -- you get a lot of attention from girls. For some guys, well, they're just looking for the next "conquest". JMHO
Author longlegzs80 Posted June 30, 2006 Author Posted June 30, 2006 Well, I have asked my friends about this guy who is friends of theirs and they wouldn't lie to me about him. I understand he is in a band, gets tons of attention, but what they said, he is a really nice guy and would take off the shirt from his back to help you in anyway. So, I am going by what they say. But, I do plan on standing on guard with him. Good thing I have a good head on my shoulders.
