She freaks out when you tell her no, Stomps her feet, Throughs herself on the floor and thrust her head back on the floor. its horrible.I dont know how to brake her of this. And I dont want to give her what she wants or let her do the bad things she was doing in the first place.

It's normal. She's just a strong-willed child like my son is. It will serve her well later on in life. In the meantime. Put her in time-out for about 2 minutes each time she does that. She must sit in a chair with no distractions away from everything. You can't talk to her during her time-out. That 2 minutes will seem like forever to her.

The key is that you MUST be consistent and do it EVERY time she acts out like that. If you want you can give her a warning first but then if she persists in the behavior follow through. Be calm. Don't yell or show that you're upset. In time you will see results.

Good luck. That's a tough age! I remember it with our son. Hang in there!

And tell her if she continues to tantrum, she'll stay there - that the time out clock starts when she's quiet.
