Stunner Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 Friend material...the poor guy was so nervous he had sweat pouring down his face and neck. I managed to make him feel more at ease by just chatting and taking some of the pressure off, nice guy...no chemistry. I made another date with someone who is very intelligent and funny...we are picking a day....he's very cute. I still keep thinking about my Houdini guy...I miss him even though we only went out a few times and slept together once. What is my problem? It's not like I am in love with him but we sure had some great chemistry. It still bothers me why he would just disappear when we had such a good time together and clicked so well in the bedroom.... *sigh*...The movie "Spotless Mind" keeps jumping in...I guess I haven't gotten to the point where I can appreciate the time we had together....I don't have closure...I left a message a week and a half ago but haven't heard his voice in almost three weeks. I am tempted to call and simply ask him to provide me with it if that is indeed what has happend. It's just so wrong to leave someone hanging..... What would you do to make it better for yourself if you were in my shoes?

Realize that you need someone in your life that is going to be there, not come and go as they please. He sounds like he was a waste of time. Its hard when you dont know why. Thats the hardest part about it. Let it go.
