timidity99 Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 For those of you who have boyfriends or girlfriends and you are posting threads on here to get advice about problems in your relationship, how do you know that your significant other has not discovered this place and signed up to post their problems with you as well? What if they discover your thread? There is always that possibility of them finding out about this place.
Tim'sAngel Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 My SO has read my posts before and I don't mind because I've got nothing to hide. I guess that is just a chance you've got to take. Of course I was the one that told him about the site because I was talking about a few issues in some threads I had read and wanted his opinion. Thats why there are user names and not your real name.

I wasn't the one to tell her but she is fine with it. I don't ask her if she reads my posts. If she does, then no biggie.
Tim'sAngel Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 Just curious Riddler, how did she find out? Stop me if it's none of my business
Pyro Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 Just curious Riddler' date=' how did she find out? Stop me if it's none of my business [/quote'] Sorry, I did make it sound bad. I told a former friend about it last year when I first joined LS and she told my GF. Now that I think back, she probably only told my GF just to try and get her mad at me.

Now that I think back, she probably only told my GF just to try and get her mad at me. Hmm.. well if she did that then she must not have been much of a friend huh.. Jeez... Why would you being on Ls make her mad? I'm guessing she isn't mad since you still posting on here. Obviously your "friend" was wrong, I hope that got to her!!

Maybe she was hoping that I would deny it and get caught in a lie? Who knows? Losing her as a friend was one of the best things that I have ever done. My GF is cool about this. She has that myspace BS and I am fine with that, so its all good.

But its mostly for business (he puts his music and movie stuff on there) I have admit MyScace is awesome for marketing!

We trust each other and I am almost sure that she doesn't look but even if she does, I have no shame. If anything, she likes this place because we get along so well and I got alot of tips on having a successful relationship here, so she probably praises this place.
