Brandon,

Are you serious!

No anus in the throat feeling??

I mean, I would love to free fall. I'm afraid of heights but not from that high, I mean, I'm not afraid of airplanes. i'm afraid of escalators because i always feel I might lose my balance or something.

How expensive is it anyway?

Not too expensive. $250 I believe. It would be expensive it it became an addiction (which is apparently more than likely).

No! And I found out why and it now makes perfect sense! When you feel that way on a rollercoaster. it's because of the sudden acceleration. When you jump from the plane, you're already going about 100 MPH horizontally. Your speed merely transfers slowly to a different direction (down) and you pick up about 20 more MPH gradually and don't feel it. That's why it just feels like you step out of the plane and FLOAT!

Here a tandem jump is $165 but if you get 4 or more it's $145 each. It's not much money for that kind of thrill.

Brandon, it makes complete sense! I never thought about it like that!

SO i guess the scariest part is the fear of not knowing how it will feel?

here's one thing I did in the Dominican Republic: I climbed these caves (about 7 in all) where you climb some rock, and swim, then climb more, and swim etc....

Once we got to the top we could slide down.

However, the last one was a cliff. (About 4 stories high, not that high, because we were jumping in water, but high enough)

THe choice was walk down the cord ladder, or jump.

I am terrified of ladders and the first step down, so I figured, if I jump it'll be quicker.

So I jumped.

I remember being in the air for so long, I had time to take my breath at least three times before landing in the water. And I was thinking: holy s***, crap, I am NEVER doing this again. It was a total free fall, but it was fast and scary and I felt as though I was really "falling" (like when you jerk in your sleep)

So, is it like THAT?

hahahaa
