Chump64 Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 I am reevaluating what i can actually withstand on a moment to moment basis though. I remember those days. Minute by minute eventually becomes hour by hour, then day by day. I'm stuck somewhere between the hour-by-hour thing and the day-by-day thing right now. Hugs to you. Hang in there.
Chump64 Posted June 16, 2006 Posted June 16, 2006 I'm confused...Is proof of infidelity need for a divorce? or Is this all for your own knowledge? To the best of my knowledge, in most states, infidelity is not an option as a "grounds" for divorce, I think because it's so common. Nor can it be used for custody fights.
Author Milf629 Posted June 16, 2006 Author Posted June 16, 2006 no BUT, if you can prove that an affair has taken away from Family "monies" you wont "win" so to speak, but judges in some states do take that into account, when they are making judgements.
