Well, I had been dating this guy for about 4 months. We got along really well. Good chemistry and all. The relationship was not serious, but we really liked each other a lot. We even went to a LOT of places together, it was just fun fun fun. Last weekend was his birthday. I got him a gift, we went to a movie, etc. That was last time I saw him. We last spoke by phone almost a week ago. I got a text from him last Friday. I called him next day, left a message. To this day, he has not called me or responded to a couple of text messages I sent. What gives??? I did nothing wrong. We never argued, there was nothing to argue about. He just left me hanging without an explanation. I am a hurt by this, but what can I do? Can anyone give me some kind of prospective?? PLEASE!!!!!

There may be many reasons as to why he abruptly hasn't answered your calls. From your description, it sounds as though he simply started to get bored with you.

 

The relationship wasn't satisfying his needs. No major sparks is the way he saw it. I could be wrong. So, give him a few more days to respond. If things are meant to be, then so be it. If not, move on.

I have tried the NC with this person. I still have not heard from him. How can someone be so cruel like this? I was so good to him.

Unfortunately men would rather be hit by a truck than have to tell you it is over. The reason is because there is always high drama involved and they dont want high drama.

 

But I think that if you need closure you should call him from a payphone and get your answers. But please when he does tell you why just say ok see you then and hang up.

 

Pursuading someone to stay in a relationship never works. It actually pushes them farther away. I just learned that and when I stopped contacting my ex. That is when he started texting me.

 

So if I were you I would call. Just for your own sake to get some closure.
