Guest Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 hey, i am a shy guy and struggle to talk to girls but i am also quite pasty and skinny (although quite fit for triathlons). Does the skinny pasty part matter much? as i find it difficult to approach girls because of it.
amaysngrace Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 If you feel awkward in approaching women because of your appearance, they will pick up on your insecurity. Did you say you're a runner?
Outcast Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 It's all about personality. Skinny pasty friendly nice people still attract women. Focus on being friendly.

You must show confidence and be friendly and approachable for people to want to know you. You appreciate a person who is outgoing and confident and so do women.
michmash81 Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 I agree totally w/what the other two comments say. I'm not all that and a bag of skittles either but when you approach people you have to be confident or they will over look you. good luck!!

kitten chick Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 i thought you told me you liked white beard zz top riding motorcycle dudes I just spit water at my screen. That was hilarious.
Art_Critic Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 hey, i am a shy guy and struggle to talk to girls but i am also quite pasty and skinny If you're young then count your blessings.. the older you get the more weight you put on and when you are in your 30's you will look better than anyone your age. I would try a tanning salon and don't worry about being thin.. Find and wear clothes that accent the good parts of being thin.. Colors can do that alone..
NTB Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 I just spit water at my screen. That was hilarious. well there was no need to spit, a simple no would have done enough and to the OP girls dig that see KC here would be all over you and i am pretty sure there are more out there that would find you just fine, if not do as AC says go tanning.
basscatcher Posted June 9, 2006 Posted June 9, 2006 I have a odd attraction to men: Tall, skinny, (nice butt), long arms, long hair who are uncordinated and kinda that 80's 'Earl" kind of guy.. (something sexy about a red-neck man:lmao: ..) or the medium height, stocky-'a little weight', short short hair or bald type of man. Truthfully, I find the major attraction in the personality--Thats what will win me over and I will see the great physcial qualities clearer once the personality has been established. I've seen guys that I didn't find especially attractive upon first glance (redheads, blondes particularly) but WOW WOW WOW when some of them smile and laugh I could be taken aback and find them attractive.

So what, your skinny and pasty, some women might like that. Some women might like shy guys. Just be yourself. Try opening up alittle bit and accept yourself for who you are and do things you enjoy. Say hi to women, not only to the ones you find attractive but to all. You are bound to find someone that way. Take care and let us know what happens on your quest to finding a woman.
