When i broke up with my wife, she was my first major relationship about10 yrs ago i went at least 8 months were i was a basket case the same extreme pain as you are feeling. One thing that i did was if you have them tele care sevices or distress lines call and talk about it, get it out of your system. i will not lie to you and say these feeling will go away in the near future, it's going to be a while.
