The false prophet erects a statue in a rebuilt Third temple, then makes this statue 'sentitent' speaking, like brining a mannequin to life, and then orders everyone to worship this image, and receive its mark on the right hand and forehead.

 

The exact time this happens is 3.5 years after the antichrist brokers a peace treaty with Isreael in the surrounding nations.

 

The authority of scripture in which I make the above assertions is Revelation 13, and Daniel 9's 70 weeks - where this would be the last week (7 years).

 

America is not going to likely exist as a superpower by the time the antichrist is in the scene, because by then, it's armies would be too spread out, likely recessions may be provoked as they go against Iran sending them into a tail spin economically, and Europe - the Revived Roman Empire will replace the American superpower.

 

America is protecting Israel's interest, and as long as it does that, for now, it's buying time for it's own survival of superpower status, I suppose.

 

As Christians, we are the salt of the earth, and as Jesus' said, render to Cesar what belongs to Cesar. We are expected to pay our taxes, vote, and let our influence as Christians permeate into the political arena.

 

America better be a superpower, because if it was China, or some other authoritarian government that was controlling the world, or you were in those countries, we would be persecuted, tortured and executed for our beliefs.

I didn't say anything about not paying taxes. But mark it down sooner or later it's going to be mandatory for everyone to salute the flag. A national sunday law will also be in effect probably in the next 30 years. Slowly but surely we are coming to that. The national sunday law will not allow anyone to do any work on sundays. Everyone will be required to pay homage to the pope as well.

 

I used to vote but I'm not going to anymore. My citizenship is in heaven not in america. Christians are to be in the world but not of the world.

Christians are going to lose their rights. Already military chaplians are being persecuted for praying in Jesus' name.

Pledging allegiance to your Country's flag is NOT a religious thing. It's to do with being PROUD of the Country that you live in.

Actually it is a religious thing. The phrase "one nation under God" is in the pledge. If it's not religious then God's name would not be in there. Alot of churches today have made nationalism their idol. I say it's time to take those american flags out of our churches!

you'll notice that the god part is just one small part. the pledge can exist independently of that phrase and still maintain its meaning. whether or not it should be left out of the pledge is, quite obviously, a divided matter.

Another thing I want to get straight. I don't like anybody on these forums. But I do tolerate most folks. I don't have to like any of you in order to help you but I do have to tolerate you. Like is an emotion. Love is not.

 

As far as I'm concerned it wouldn't bother me one bit if loveshack decides to close down tomorrow. Maybe they need to close this place down. It's not as good as it was 8 years ago. People were more sympathetic and understanding back then than they are today. It would be a miracle if LS benefited me at all.
