Guest Posted May 16, 2006 Posted May 16, 2006 Ive been seeing someone for 3 months, he had just come out of a long term relationship where he said he got hurt, so we agreed to take it slow. When we are together he is great, extremely attentive, met the parents and friends etc and got on well, everything feels wonderful when i see him, BUT when we apart it is like i don't exist-he is happy with no contact for days, it is always me that ends up initiating contact-he always replies to me and suggests days to meet etc, and has never broken off our plans. We aren't sleeping together so it isn't like it is a sex buddy situation because i'm a virgin and have wanted to make sure he isn't after one thing, he's been very patient with me. argh, so confused! Any thoughts why he is like this? x
Whitt Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 Well, (and I sure you wouldn't have anyway) don't sleep with him. Maybe he really does want to take things slow. I would let him to make contact next time. Make him come after you. This will be hard, but he will eventually call. Is this a comitted realtionship? If not, start getting out and meeting some other people to date as well.
