Also - if you are seperation for one year to do the divorce proceedings (state of NY) is it against the legal seperation rules to have sex with your husband/wife during that time...I mean in the year. thanks

I know where I live, we are allowed to live together up to 3 months for reconcilation purposes without voiding out the 1 year separation. Are you planning on having sex with your stbx? If so, why are you getting divorced?
