awats Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 After being in a very good relationship, only to find out my girlfriend of 2 years which i loved had been lying to my face for the last two months of our relationship. It all began with going to the bar with some of her new friends. At this point, my funds were low due to my recent failing business ventures, and overly high rent on my house. As time continued, everyweekend was pretty much a struggle to see her, however she reassured me that she still loved me, and wanted to be with me. Being the understanding and trusting type, i felt it was my duty to not hold her back from having a good time. New Years eve rolled around and she was attending a party with me and a few of mine and her friends. She made a call to one of her friends to be picked up, and totally ditched me for the bar on a day that was supposed to be special. Apparently that evening she took a guy home, and he was later seen getting beat up by one of our mutual friends for this deceit, while I went driving around looking for her. **We did not live together** This information did not reach me until much later after our relationship had ended. Towards the end, she had told me that she was going to a party at her male friends house with a few friends and had asked me to drop her off and her female friend. The next day I could not locate my girlfriend and she didnt let me know where she was, which was very odd. Well it turns out she went alone with the guy whos house i dropped her off at to another city far away. **Different Area Code Logic - I am sure **. The next day we ended it, but she told me she just wasnt ready, and nothing was going on. I later heard from a majority of her friends that she was indeed cheating on me, and cared to elabourate on this story. Now i know what your thinking, im a retard. Well, that is indeed true, but it gave me a chance to work on something productive during my anger phase, which I think has helped better me. Curmudgeon Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 One slight problem with your "fine example of work." Not all women are the same and a half dozen is in no way representative of the whole. If it helps you get your anger out, that's fine, but don't paint all women with the same brush!
Author awats Posted May 14, 2006 Author Posted May 14, 2006 At the time of creation of this site, i must admit, i felt that way. In no way does this reflect my actual feelings towards women, as negatively as it may be presented. However, I have come to the terms that nice guys finish last.

There are 3 billion women in the world, and you somehow seem to have selected an unrepresentative sample. Perhaps it's the way you meet women - i.e. picking them up at a bar and taking them home for sex?

No but I did read the average married mans day tid bit..... this is going to sound awful but I know a few kitchen chickens that this seems to cut to the truth about being married to them... m & m chowing meaty mommas that don't do crap but use the remote to flip from soap opera to soap opera all day long....... Getting even might help him heal from getting cheated on and expose HER for what she is in the process. However, I do agree with you that all women are not like this and shouldn't be painted with the same brush - same with guys.

However, i cannot garentee anything with the links that are being shared elsewhere. If you can elaborate on this, i will ensure that the link is removed. Also, As distorted as I'm sure my thought process is, not one of the posts are mine. I will always treat women with the respect. I mearly have provided a way for guys to express themselves in a safer healthier manner. My main point is, if your down in the dumps, do something productive, and get it off your chest the best way you can and move on and that life is definately too short.
