la_ant Posted May 12, 2006 Posted May 12, 2006 This is just a personal experience, but I as I get older I tend to wonder why I ever found the women I liked even remotely attractive. The more I look at them, the more I see them as a bunch of losers. Right now, I decided not to date and focus on other things. I guess this is also partially my fault because I decide whom I like, but still, sometimes I wonder if there's anybody decent out there. Does anybody here feel the same about the group of people they date (not just straight women, gay men, or whatever, anybody)? Me

The only women you will bow down to is your mother, your sisters and everyone else, Give them the middle finger salute. Look at animal movies of Lions and Lionesses. They always gang up on the Lion to get food, but when the crap comes they run away like dumb asses and the male lion rescues them and then bangs them all and takes their food as he the TRUE KING of the jungle, not some tiny lioness.

They all had some issues. I can think of a loser or two, but I knew they were losers at the time. Are there decent ones out there? Well, yeah, there are lots of them. But it's a catch-22. If you want one, you'll have to convince her to get a divorce. But that will mess her up.

I mean we mature as we get older (or at least the smart ones do) That has happened to me and the friends I've known since we were kids. I hardly have anything in common w/them anymore and I think they are so immature and petty. And as for people I've dated in the past, sheesh. I picked some doozies!! Ah well, live and learn...

There are so many corrupt men, out there. I've recently realized, how hard it is for a woman like me to find a suitable mate. On some days, I want to pull my hairs out.

The big man in charge!!! I don't think this is really true. Maybe the OP should focus on something other than just youth and good looks. There are tons of beautiful, smart, sweet women out there, but you're not going to meet them at a wet Tshirt contest.

That's a little unrealistic. In order have a 100% success rate, she'd have to slum it pretty big time. For women, sex is tied so tightly to our sense of self worth, we don't just slam it with anyone who comes along because then we're a slut. But if a man has indiscriminate sex, he's a HUGE stud. I think that's really why it seems easier for women to get laid than men.

They don't even have to chase women at all. They just drop in their laps, right?

Me I believe this goes for everyone.I 'm going through the same situation and i decided to take a break from dating. The quality of men Ive encountered recently dont meet my standards and like any human being its fustrating. You are not alone. Its tough dating nowadays. In my case I meet men who seem ok at the begging and then when time goes by you get to see the issues. Psycho ex wives, non commitment, fear of getting hurt, just want friends with benefits ect... The men ive dated ... the old or too young, the drunk, the ugly,the weird and the horny:lmao: but until we experience what we really dont want in our life we wont come to realize what really matters to us. I decided i will never compromise. I wont settle for less than what i deserve and i never loose faith. I want to be cared for and loved. I want unconditional love and i will give it in return. I didnt believe in this when i was younger ( not that i am that old) and all i cared about was the kind of car they had and how hot they looked. As you grow older you learn to value human qualities. The qualities that matter when you grow old together:)

His only interest is eating and screwing. As a matter of fact, he'd devour all his young if the females weren't there to protect them. Walk Posted May 12, 2006 Posted May 12, 2006 The power distribution among women is highly slanted toward beautiful women. Us "less than hot" ones, don't have as much say in the power scheme. So although women on a whole determine whether you get to use that hole or not, the majority of the ones making that determination are the small percentage of "hot" women out there.
