tinkstwin Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 So me and my boyfriend have been together for a lil while now and he holds my hand or puts his arm around me EVERYWHERE! So just out of curiusity, do most of you guys do this to be sweet and stuff or do you just do it to be like "shes with me, shes mine"? We are both 19 by the way =]
mini696 Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 I do it because i like to touch and be touched... It says, "Hey I am thinking of you".
Curmudgeon Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 It has nothiong to do with age. My wife and I were 48 and 50, respectively, when we started dating and then married. We couldn't keep our hands off one another (appropriately in public) for years and we still touch a lot. We want to be close because we love one another. We also waited a long time for one another.
johan Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 It's a way of marking territory. It's his ape-man way of telling the other ape-men and women that you're his. As long as you want to be his, you'll like it.
Curmudgeon Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 Funny! In my experience it's been a two-way street!
johan Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 Funny! In my experience it's been a two-way street! Really. Both ape-sexes do it.

aleatoryd Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 Be grateful he doesnt pee on your leg LOL! I don't think its a problem so long as he doesn't do it to any other girls - its a sign of affection unless you aren't comfortable with it. You can only tell his motivation by what he's like as a person. Unless he's a jerk which I very much doubt, take it as a good thing.
