My friend from abroad told me this morning that she is pregnant. She said that she called everyone they know already to tell them that she is. She and her husband are so exited about their first baby. Until I came along and burst their bubble.

I asked if she was sure, because she is only 1 week late. She was supposed to get her period by end of April. I never want to give a negative impression and I do like to see her happy. I just don't feel that I did a nice thing by asking her if she was sure. I have 4 kids of my own and all my pregnancies were all so different. She said that she feels perfectly normal only she had some spotting a week ago and that's it.

I wouldn't be sure until I was about 2-3 weeks late and after I have done about 2 tests myself and 1 with the doctor to confirm. I feel sorry for bursting her bubble. Should I be??
