wild Posted October 12, 2001 Posted October 12, 2001 Our new foreign boss, in his 40s, kissed two of our relatively young female colleagues as he's thanking them for the project them participated in and just finished up today. and he did this in front of the public. i guess the two ladies, both locals, are not prepared for that. Is this natural? in fact my foreign friends do something similar too, but they are all young and they do so on birthdays or something. what are your thoughts on " cultural shock?"
Ed Posted October 12, 2001 Posted October 12, 2001 We could all use a little more cultural exposure and experience. However, I do try to gaurd against exposure to some bacterial cultures. Some of them can cause a lot of discomfort.
