kiko Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Hi - I really need some advice on a dating situation. There is this guy that I am really into. He is just so sweet and such a good guy. I haven't met anyone like him before. We actully met about a year ago and started going out. All was good - but he was recently divorced and things started moving too fast, so we just cooled things off - majorily. Well fast forward to now. For the past 2 months, we've been talking on a regular basis and we just get along so well. Last night we went out for the first time since last year-but I had to ask him out. It was great to talk to him and spend time with him. However, at the end of the night, there was just a bit of an akward pause before we said goodnight. He was sweet though, he hugged me goodnight - that's it, which is fine. It's just there is all this history between is, so it was kinda weird to just hug. I need your help on how to approach the whole sitauation going forward. I don't want to move too fast becuase I don't want to scare him away. It's hard though because I am really into him. What do you guys think? If he is into me too, will he just come around? Anything else I can do or does this sound hopeless?
Guest Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 Just relax, remember that you are only repsonsible for your own feelings, not his. I would say give it more time. The main thing is not to push him. I know what I am saying is harder said than done, but if you want it to work, you will just have to wait.
