Groovy Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 I'm a jeans and T-shirt kind of girl. I put lipstick on sometimes but don't like too much make up. I put on a pair of heels with jean short shorts and felt sexy but my friend laughed at me because I had a hawaiin polo on at the club. If I wear a low cut top, heels and leather high cut skirts it's too much and I feel trashy, not sexy. And I hardly ever wear heels. I'm about 5' 11" in them so it seems silly. A friend states he hates the Laura Ingalls look (not me, just in general). So I dressed up in pigtail braids and asked if he wanted to watch the new Disney release of Little House on the Prairie. Do men really expect us to wear uncomfortable shoes and dress like whores with breast implants? Isn't a little bit to the imagination worth something? Can't I just save my leather for the bedroom for that special someone who stole my heart and dress like a whore just for him? And isn't there someone who loves a women who digs sports, natural long hair, comfort and doesn't spend an hour to get ready each day? Guys what is your favorite look on a gal?
alphamale Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 Do men really expect us to wear uncomfortable shoes and dress like whores with breast implants? These are usually the women you find with the handsome and rich a**h***s.... Men like feminine women. It should not be that hard to figure out what definition of "feminine" is....
Author Groovy Posted May 6, 2006 Author Posted May 6, 2006 She could have a fitted dress, long hair, sandals, soft eyes and be feminine. Or she could be feminine showing tons of skin, cleavage, hot red lips and caked on eye make-up and stilettos. There are different versions and some seem to appeal and not appeal.

MadDog Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 I think you're talking way too much in extremes. The average girl I find hot doesn't show tons of cleavage or have caked up makeup on an everyday basis. She probably wears makeup that makes her look nice. Her clothes are sexy in that they're show off her body but not to the point you're tempted to ask "how much." You might be talking about girls at the club and sure some girls start dressing a sluttier there but that's kinda the point at those types of places. Even still some of the hottest girls I see at the club don't look trashy, they look sexy/hot. The bottom line though is you should be yourself. If you're comfortable wearing a certain type of clothes and not much makeup, go with it. I'm sure there are guys that like the low-maintenance look.
tikigods Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 If you have to change yourself for a guy then he isn't worth your time. I know plenty of guys that prefer the low maintance look, heck myhusband loves that I don't take 9 years to get ready ;d

dgiirl Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 I'm sure there are guys that like the low-maintenance look. There are PLENTY of guys who like this look. The problem is finding the right guy YOU are attracted too.
Curmudgeon Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 I far prefer the former look. Jeans and a tee are just fine most of the time. Makeup should be understated rather than glaringly obvious. I love the professional look as well -- a fitted suit, nylons and heels. Too much of anything is just too much. There should be just enough to make you want to see more and not so much that it's screaming out at you. My wife goes for the natural look most of the time. Before she retired she dressed professionally and well during the week, casually at home and on weekends. I love both looks on her!
visotech Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 Jeans and a tshirt is fine. But the tshirt must be a girls tshirt, a unisex/guys tshirt is cut too big for women.
