witabix Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 In Ireland they say.... "Get yer bleedin hands off my pint!!! You ugly swamp monster!" But only if they want to be nice.....
alphamale Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 What do they say in Ireland? Q. How do you seperate the men from the boys in Ireland? A. With a crowbar... no offence to my irish friends.
Alexandra Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 In Ireland they say.... "Get yer bleedin hands off my pint!!! You ugly swamp monster!" But only if they want to be nice..... *Angry Leprechaun voice* "And a good day to ya, you feckin' prostitute!"
Author westernxer Posted May 7, 2006 Author Posted May 7, 2006 Q. How do you seperate the men from the boys in Ireland? A. With a crowbar... no offence to my irish friends. That's funny. I'm sure it only happens when they're drinking.
alphamale Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 That's funny. the beauty of the joke is you can subsitute "Ireland" for any location in the world. you could put in L.A., or Bangor, Maine....wherever!
Author westernxer Posted May 7, 2006 Author Posted May 7, 2006 the beauty of the joke is you can subsitute "Ireland" for any location in the world. you could put in L.A., or Bangor, Maine....wherever! If I say this at a family reunion, I won't have to put up with anymore questions about being "handsome and single."
Star Gazer Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 Hmm... I tend to use "cute" only when describing his behavior, or how he looks when doing something. Like last weekend when I came into the living room and he was curled up on the couch with his young daughter, I said, "Oh baby, you are so cute!!" But when referring to what he looks like - he's sexy, hot, handsome, gorgeous.
Mz. Pixie Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 Being I'm a mid-30s woman my terms for these words are: cute-referring to looks: boyish, baby-face, sweet looking, unaged-young looking cute-referring to personality: sweet, kind, thoughtful, nice handsome-referring to good looking, mature, debonair, sophisticated, aging looks good on him, he is keeping his looks even as he gets older. This is how I feel as well.
alphamale Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 This is how I feel as well. most of the women i've talked with have said they use both terms interchangeably and that there is no difference.
witabix Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 Donald Duck = cute. Donald Trump = handsome. Am I close? No? Oh well.....
NTB Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 Donald Duck = cute. Donald Trump = handsome. Am I close? No? Oh well..... with that comb over you consider him handsome.........???
witabix Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 Errrrrrrr...... I am a guy....... I was just guessing that his money made him handsome.... I think he looks like a pig in a suit with breakfast cereal on his head.....
NTB Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 Errrrrrrr...... I am a guy....... I was just guessing that his money made him handsome.... I think he looks like a pig in a suit with breakfast cereal on his head..... sorry........... it is the $$$
Noos Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 He wouldn't get these women without his money. And, apparently, he wouldn't even have money if he had started from nothing either. I've heard some people say that it's the fact that he inherited money to start with that has allowed him to get anywhere in the business world.
whichwayisup Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Donald Duck = cute. Donald Trump = handsome. If I had a choice, I'd bang the duck!
