There is never a set "time" for when to have sex -- you both need to be comfortable and totally okay with the conditions of it all. Regardless, from what I've seen, it's probably a little difficult to have a "healthy" relationship that begins the first date with sex. It's probably very difficult to get a truly accurate, clear picture of a person on a first date, and I don't know if that is sufficient information to justify sex in a healthy relationship. Personally I'd hold off longer. When I met my girlfriend a year and a half ago, I flew over to meet her (after a month and a half of talking online). We made out that night, touched each other the next day, did oral the third day, and went to sex on the fourth. It was very fast, and for a long time the relationship was great and seemingly perfect until recently (college). If we were together in person all the time instead of having a long distance relationship we'd probably still be together. So it's really quite hard to say. Unless you have known the person for a while I doubt sex will work the way you want it to.
