confused Posted October 4, 2001 Posted October 4, 2001 why are the English so arrogant? Have they always been that way? A country with the infrastructure like that surely cannot produce people who have a false belief that all things are good in " god's country". Why are the English abroad even worse than the ones in England. I have just returned from a vacation where i was shocked by the state of that country. Where does the arrogance come from?
