Woggle Posted April 21, 2006 Posted April 21, 2006 I know most of my posts have been venting but I want to take this moment to show some appreciation to a great woman. I have been begging her to go to San Francisco for her own safety and she refuses to go because I need somebody tp be there for me right now. Today when I got home she had ordered Itlalian from my favorite place and had the table set real nice. We spent the rest of the night after dinner cuddling on the couch together and she made me feel so much better even with all this drama going on. She is a beautiful person on the inside and out and I am very lucky to have her. Right now there is nothing I would not do to make her happy.

Just curious but why do you say "Right now there is nothing I would not do to make her happy." I mean you're marrying this woman right? Why phrase it that way? Was that just a fleeting feeling you had after a night of wine and love-making? Or is it a feeling you think you can/will have the rest of your life?
RecordProducer Posted April 22, 2006 Posted April 22, 2006 Today when I got home she had ordered Itlalian from my favorite place and had the table set real nice. I can do that too! She sounds like a keeper. Hold on to her--her type is rare . They just met a few months ago and are still in the cuddling phase. She will show her true colors later. Don't forget she's 15 years wiser than him.

Don't forget she's 15 years wiser than him. Perhaps the lovely evening IS showing her true colors. Men need to be appreciated too and it sounds like she is showing that. Thank you - you have inspired me. I think I'll go give hubby a nice neck rub now - he's not expecting it and I know he'll enjoy it - he's been battling a headache all day.
Author Woggle Posted April 22, 2006 Author Posted April 22, 2006 ? ? I am 27 and she is 41. It is not a mother and son type of thing either. She is the first woman that I have truly felt is my equal. We just click so well and she is young at heart. She looks and acts like she is in her early 30s.

I love when people are in love; love makes the world go round. I am happy for you. We all have our "true colors." It doesn't mean that everyone turns out to be an ass or a bitch. Just don't be so overwhelmed with idealizing this woman. Everyone has faults. She has them too. You will discover them with time, especially if you marry her. Don't judge her after the first disappointment. We're all complicated (some more than others). Things (apart from your dick) will get hard from time to time, but if the big picture is good, it's worth it. For now, enjoy the lovebird phase!
mental_traveller Posted April 23, 2006 Posted April 23, 2006 Ok, but does she give good head? Just kidding, hope all goes well!
