Because I'd sincerely LOVE to stop thinking about HIM but I know I can't really stop thinking about how painful it all is. I'm in 'no contact' hell right now and that was my decision. Needed. But whilst I can't seem to find anything else to focus on for any length of time, I wondered did anyone write a book on this damn thing because there seem to be enough of us go through the same common emotions..? BTW, if the answer is no, I had the idea first 'kay..?
