ladytabithus Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 I am interested in this guy, who is my daughter's best friend's father. We have talked on a few occassions. I recently ran into him at the club I hang out at. He is going through a divorce right now, and maintaining custody of his son. I really want to know him on a more personal level, but haven't dated since my divorce 19 months ago. How do I find out if he is interested or even ready to date yet? How do I keep from ruining the friendship with our children?
ddnnee Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 i say you marry your daughter's bestfriend's father so that it will make it seem almost incestuous if your daughter's bestfriend ever dates your daughter. <<< a hand full. IF your daughter's bestfriend is not a male, then by marrying her bestfriend's father, you just made your daughter and her bestfriend... sister in laws... which is totally awesome!
brashgal Posted April 18, 2006 Posted April 18, 2006 If you do decide to do this, best to keep it from the kids at first - you don't want to affect their friendship.
