LONGDISTANCELOVER Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 I'll try to make this as short as possible. I met a guy who lives 8 hours away online about 6 months ago. The connection was amazing something i had never felt before so i acted upon it, we met, i fell in love, this guy made me every promise in the world, told me i was the woman he was going to marry, blah blah blah. THere were a few red flags tho, he would unexpectedly hang up on me and blame it on the connection, we never spoke on the phone between 6 and 9 pm unless he was in his car or taking a walk, he was resistent when i brought up going to spend a week with him at his place, he would contradict himself a bit, said he didnt have a home phone but i would hear it ringing in the background. The past couple times he was supposed to come down his excuse was his daughter was sick, 2 weeks straight. but he was always letting me go to pick her up at school, or whatever. So i assumed his secret was that he was still with his daughters mother. I asked him, he denied it, i still had my suspicions so i did a bit of snooping around on the internet. Turns out his address brings up a phone listed in the baby mothers name. I call, a woman picks up and i hang up. I decide to try my luck at guessing his voicemail access code on his cell phone and actually get in, and guess what there is ANOTHER girl in this players life and now i have both girls phone numbers. That night i tried the baby mothers phone and of course my so called man picks up. I had to call back to make sure it was him, it was, so at this point my blood is boiling. I call the other girl and she tells me shes been kicking it with my man for a couple weeks, that she knew he lived with me but he promised her it was just for the kid. what the heck? She thought i was the baby mom. So today he calls me up and casually asks me if i had called his baby mother. I played innocent, he proceeded to tell me how she was threatening to take him to court for child support and the only reason he was upset was cuz shes jealous and if she found out about me she would threaten him and blah blah blah if she finds out she wont let him see his kid, but dont worry baby i dont live with her. Friggen a**h***!!! So my dillemma is what to do now? I havent heard from him in 10 hours which is rare, I'm assuming he's spoken to the girlfriend and doesnt know what to say to me. My plan is to let the babymom know what kind of scum her husband is, but at the same time I dont want to hurt the child. But the wife deserves to know, doesnt she? I was thinking i would just leave the wifes number on the other girlfriends phone and let them deal with it, or give him the option to tell her or i will, or do i just let it go, let another girl fall victim to his trap?
