konfuzd Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 Well, if any of you have read my previous posts... I had this rediculous schoolgirl crush on the standard badboy... my god, what was I thinking? Thank you all for not smacking me upside the head with my immature ranting and raving!!! So, the final nail in the coffin came last night when I ran into him with this little flooze hanging off his arm. I had a feeling there was someone else, but little did I think that was his type. Here's the story... The last few weeks, he's been really over the top friendly and flirty, I wasn't really complaining, just having some fun.... So, I go to this show last night, and end up running into the two of them. We all exchange some small talk, and at the end of the show he invites me to go have a beer with the two of them. We sit at the bar, and he pays 100% of his attention to me. We run into a mutual friend of ours and this other girl is left off on her own... much to her dismay, she keeps poking her irratating voice into the conversation begging for some attention, but gets the brush of the entire time. At the end of the night, I ended up with some pretty mixed emotions. #1- I felt a pretty big blow to the ego. Not to sound conceited or anything, but I feel as though he had caviar put in front of him, but took the tuna instead. He and I obviously have a lot more in common, I have a great job, and am totally independent, where as she is completely clingy, unemployed, and just an overall little chirpy bird! ARRGGGGH #2- On the opposite end of the spectrum, I was laughing to myself because I think he kinda figured out last night that he totally made the wrong choice and now he's laying in the bed he made (and probably picking up a bunch of nasty diseases while he's there) hahaha Any thoughts?
