do not understand

i am having trouble with my husband. one minute he is happy and the next he is mad. today was the worst he got upset over where to have lunch and he broke his sunglasses and grabbed the steering wheel and tried to force me to pull over, when i did he got out of the car and walked off. he called about and hour later asking me to pick him up. he was still mad and said that i would always make him mad, sometimes i dont even say a word and he says its something i did. help

Sounds like either he is depressed or is verbally abusive or controling. How long have you been married? Has this always been his behavioral habits?
