Guest Posted March 31, 2006 Posted March 31, 2006 help! this is very difficult. the longest i have ever been out of contact with my recent ex is one week. Its terrible to say, but after taking a month to break up, i'm finding it hard to not contact him. the hardest times for me are in the mornings and late at evening when i know he is available. staying disciplined with this is hard. please help!
