twistarzgymnast Posted March 31, 2006 Posted March 31, 2006 Hello, I need some information and help on this well here it is just a few days ago two of my good friends got caught stealing and my best friend and our parents believe we shouldn't hang out with them which we believe becuz that is so wrong to do so we have no problem not hanging out with them but how do we tell them straight out without hurting their feelings or making it sound like we are just Whimps okay please message me back on it Thanks, TwistGymnast:)
Tony T Posted March 31, 2006 Posted March 31, 2006 They'd be lucky to lose you as a "friend." True friends don't judge and they stick by those they befriend. You'd be correct to stay away from them if they dealt in illegal drugs and committed murder...but there are many sins that deserve forgiveness. They will be punished. Perhaps you can reduce the amount of contact with them for a while. But always understand that human beings make mistakes and when they are down...that's when they need friends the most. Just because somebody steals something doesn't make them a thief. It makes them a nice person and a good friend who did something really stupid. Have YOU ever done anything really stupid? Perhaps you just didn't get caught, uh?

People who steal have no respect for the rights of others. They think that if they want something, they should just take it. Screw the person who paid for it. You don't need to be hanging out with people like that. They'll just end up steering you down the wrong path. Think they'll be around when YOU get busted for acting like them? They might be... in the cell next door.
Author twistarzgymnast Posted March 31, 2006 Author Posted March 31, 2006 OK i see both of your points of views as well im afraid that she could get me in trouble as for she has already got my best friend in trouble and she has been in trouble by the cops a couple times also she has been known to talk behind my back so how do me and my best friend tell her we cant hang out with her?
