pioneer Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 ok, im 26 , 6ft 1, and weigh around 13 stone. Im not fat but i have love handles, and when i look in the mirror they they look really big, so i look like a slim guy with love handles lol . I havent got a big gut and i eat quite sensible although i dont do much excercise. Can anyone tell be how to get rid of these, and how long it will take?? Thanks

scobro Posted March 30, 2006 Posted March 30, 2006 i dont do much excercise. This is why you have love handles.Start to exercise because there is nothing worse than being a skinny fat guy with no muscle tone and a sunkin chest that looks like a wet blanket.

SuperMonk Posted April 2, 2006 Posted April 2, 2006 Lower your calorie/fat/carb intake, and do more cardio. In one month i guarantee if you cut those stuff 25-33% you will see a definete improvement, I guarantee you will go down 2+ sizes in waist which decreases your love handles.
