bluebird389 Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 my boyfriend of 2 years and i are currently in a long distance relationship. lately i've been feeling really lonely and it seems like the distance is becoming a lot more than just physical distance. i want to stay involved in his life and him in mine and i want him to know that i'm always thinking about him. i'm currently keeping a journal that i'm planning on sending to him to show just how much i really think about him on a daily basis. what else can i do to just keep us both involved in the relationship and keep the interest up? if you mind sharing tell me about what you and your bf/gf have done in order to keep your LDR strong. any ideas would be awesome, thanks for all your help! -Kara
johan Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 Maybe you're finding that, after two years, you've explored everything a long-distance relationship has to offer the two of you. This could be a natural progression. I would think you would need to make arrangements to be closer and more physically accessible at some point. I'd think there is a lot of growth potential there that the distance prohibits.
Author bluebird389 Posted March 28, 2006 Author Posted March 28, 2006 with me going to college this fall and him currently training in the navy it's hard to find a way to be closer to one another. we dated for a year before he went into the navy, ever since then we've been dealing with our LDR.
