my boyfriend of 2 years and i are currently in a long distance relationship. lately i've been feeling really lonely and it seems like the distance is becoming a lot more than just physical distance. i want to stay involved in his life and him in mine and i want him to know that i'm always thinking about him.

i'm currently keeping a journal that i'm planning on sending to him to show just how much i really think about him on a daily basis. what else can i do to just keep us both involved in the relationship and keep the interest up? if you mind sharing tell me about what you and your bf/gf have done in order to keep your LDR strong. any ideas would be awesome, thanks for all your help!

Maybe you're finding that, after two years, you've explored everything a long-distance relationship has to offer the two of you. This could be a natural progression. I would think you would need to make arrangements to be closer and more physically accessible at some point.

I'd think there is a lot of growth potential there that the distance prohibits.

with me going to college this fall and him currently training in the navy it's hard to find a way to be closer to one another. we dated for a year before he went into the navy, ever since then we've been dealing with our LDR.
