the_alchemyst Posted March 24, 2006 Posted March 24, 2006 I was out with my friend today driving around. We went through some street, but there was a lot of traffic, so we slowed down. Out of the corner of my eye I saw some rims that I knew very well . . . . I was entirely sure it was my exbf, but I felt it was. He got right in back of us, and I asked my friend to look through the center mirror to see if it was him (it was dark). It was. He then changed lanes and was right next to us for a brief moment: Both our and his windows were down (he always carries them down), and I was in the passenger seat, right to the left of him. Did he see me? I'm sure he did. Did he say hi to me? Nope. Did I say hi to him? Nope. I tried not to look that way and I'm pretty sure he didn't want to look our way, either. This made me feel horrible. It totally ruined my afternoon. Why would he not even say hi to me? It's not like I cheated on him or something unforgivable like that. Why? I feel like he didn't even give a f***.
KittenMoon Posted March 24, 2006 Posted March 24, 2006 He was probably nervous and uncomfortable seeing you as well, and just ignored you instead of doing anything that could reopen old wounds. He probably felt like if he ignored the situation it would be like the incident never happened.
