dan90 Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 About 18 months ago, my girlfriend for five months called me and broke up with me because I was very immature (my guess). I was about 14 then, but since it's nearly been two years I feel much more mature. I talk to her about every two weeks on MSN Messenger. I've dated a few girls, but I feel like none of them can replace her. How can I ask her for a second chance without seeming like a pathetic loser?
KittenMoon Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 Don't ask for a "second chance" because that will seem a bit desperate. Ask her if she is seeing someone, if not, ask her for a date. Dinner or something, alone preferably. Don't try to swing it towards a new relationship, just a date. If it goes well, wait a bit, ask her for another one. If she says no or doesn't seem interested- walk away. Gosh, i wish I was as young as you again- this stuff seems so easy looking backwards.
destination_unknown Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 KittenMoon - good advice! hope it works out for you mate!
